The Mentor Method
Judgement Diagnostic
Exposure Before Assessment
This is not a quiz.
It is not a test of knowledge.
It does not measure experience, intelligence, or intent.
It exists to expose how you currently make decisions when pressure is applied.
What This Is
The Judgement Diagnostic presents a series of forced decision scenarios.
Each scenario removes:
-
time to deliberate
-
room for explanation
-
neutral positioning
Your responses will reflect how you default when:
-
a decision must be forced
-
silence becomes uncomfortable
-
rejection is possible
-
continuation feels safer than clarity
There are no correct answers.
There are only revealed preferences.
What This Is Not
This diagnostic does not:
-
provide feedback
-
offer insight
-
explain outcomes
-
indicate readiness
Completion does not qualify you for anything.
It creates exposure, not progression.
Consequence Clarity
Your responses will be used to:
-
structure live assessment under pressure
-
identify judgement patterns
-
inform a final verdict
They will not be discussed with you beforehand.
They will not be justified afterward.
Consent (Non-Negotiable)
Before proceeding, you must accept the following:
-
This diagnostic exposes judgement under pressure
-
My responses may be used to assess suitability
-
Completion does not guarantee progression
-
Exclusion is a possible and permanent outcome
If you are unwilling to accept these conditions, do not proceed.
Consent Action
The Mentor Method exists to enforce a standard, not to maximise participation.
